	To make your journey as comfortable and relaxing as possible we have charted 3 aircraft from Germany’s largest airports. The departure will at 22:00. Understandably the rooms will be available upon your arrival at the hotel. This way, you can awake on Friday feeling refreshed and ready to start the exciting congress that hereby awaits you.
	We are currently working on new excursion possibilities for you. You can be assured that we will be offering an interesting choice of trips for you including wine tasting, boat trips, historical city trips and even the possibility to enjoy a ride on the cable car to witness the view over city from the hills.
	The convention itself will come to an end on Sunday with an excursion program. We will be offering you the chance to enjoy the following on your last day:- We will be traveling with our busses to the old city (Pile Tor). Here we will be take part on a guided walking tour through the old city. The stroll will end at the old city’s harbor. Here we will then board the replicas of 2 beautiful old crusader boats that will then take us through the old harbor to Cavtat (journey time approx. 1 hour). Snacks consisting of fresh figs and schnapps will also be waiting on board for us. In Cavtat, after some free time we will be dining at a very nice restaurant where a delicious meal will await us. Afterwards we will then board the busses again which will take us to the airport from which we will depart on our way back home.
